#4008 is not well.....

I received my C2S number in the mail - #4008 (red group) so can relax now.

However, I'm not feeling well - stomach virusy thing; feel very blah and so did not go to the gym yesterday lunchtime, yoga last night or for 50min run today. Instead, will be crawling back into bed, hoping that tomorrow will be better. :-(

Hope you shake off the offcolor feeling.

Plenty of time to listen to some cool music through the IPod.

that's no good but an enforced rest will more than likely freshen you up...i'm jealous of your C2S #...which i could run fast enough to get one like it next year!...

I'm sorry to hear that you aren't well. However I'm sure that with a few days rest you will be back to your best. I'm looking forward to meeting you at C2S. J

Hope you are feeling better soon. To my surprise I've also got a red c2s number so maybe we could meet up for a yak while we're waiting.

Spoil yourself CJ ~ a few days off, or a week or more won't hurt you at this stage. The restorative power of rest is greatly under rated.

Plenty of fluids, being spoilt by Mia and the boys, and let me know if there's anything I can do.

If you feel alert enough, you can learn all the bells and whistles of your nifty new 5140.

I took your advice - rest, to shake off the cold / flu / blah feeling. It seems to be working for me. And now I can't wait to get out for my next run.
So hopefully you'll "practice what you preach". Thanks!

Exactly right - just think of it as an enforced taper CJ. Seems to happen to me 2 weeks out from any major race I register for too.

You'll be fine come Bondi
