Sleep-in Sunday

That's right...no running...its a do. nothing. day!

And how am I feeling after yesterday's almost-marathon effort? Tired but the legs feel fine; no soreness or stiffness.....yet.

Agree with Jen, a 'do nothing' day will do wonders for recharging the battery after yesterday.

That's a great feeling. I am feeling that way this Sunday too and a bit shocked as I imagined I would be hobbling all over the place :)
