I really did not want to get up this morning. In fact I wanted to start the long weekend a day earlier. Mr CJ brought me a coffee before he left for work. I drank that. I lay there a bit longer. True to form the little nagging voice started - you really should get up and run; you can't run after work so you'll have to do it now; you'll feel guilty all day if you don't run; you'll wish you'd run, blah,blah.....
15 mins later I was dressed and heading out the door for an easy 10km with 6 lots of 100m strides thrown in to break the run up. My legs were tired and I'm really glad tomorrow is a rest day - I feel like I'm due for one.

Hehehe, it sounds like your little nagging voice and my little nagging voice got their training from the same place. My one tries feeding me exactly the same material too :-)

yes! i'm soooo influential! i think it's the metal in my hip. makes me sort of like a magnet and i can control the minds of others.
my mr toast has been slack on the coffee service. where did you send yours to boot camp?

bugger ... was just chillin reading blogs and listen to the top 100 .... i listen and get relief when one of my five doesn't come on (too early that is) ..... and now a little voice in my head says go make Katy a coffee
Those little voices CJ....they all belong to the same union for sure!
