Different time of day and cooler temperature and the result is an easy, comfortable run - very enjoyable. I love running first thing in the morning, before everyone else is up and about. A good start to the day; fingers crossed the rest of the day goes so well!

I really wish I could get up and do my run in the morning, but it never seems to work... I don't know how you do it.

okay, i'll accept this, but if you start making clothes out of drapes, singing in the hills and putting on an elaborate marionette show complete wtih yodeling, i'm calling for an intervention.
