I'm baaaaack!

Back from Merimbula, back at work (yuk), back to training.

This is a short entry, more details to follow but, in short, we had a great time at the coast; my knees still look disgusting and I got quite a few stares!; and I managed to run a total of 54km while away, so no rest for the wicked!

Watch this space for more to come!!

Welcome back CJ! The first day back at work is always the worst, isn't it !

Glad to hear that your knee hasn't prevented you from running.

Welcome back!! Did you take any pics at the coast?? The first day back to work always stinks, there should be some sort of half day system to ease you back in. Way to go on getting so many miles in on your vacay!

Thanks for saying something, I was checking your page many times watching when you were back?
I hope this first day finds you in good shape after holidays.

Great to know your knees are good enough to run, you are sooo strong!
Always learning from you!

Include some coast-photos in your post, to see the aussie beach!!

During the coast holiday, did you work out why the Kaleen cycle path gave you all that trouble.??

So many paths around Canberra have unseen obstacles, and traps.

Good to hear that you are running such distances, and hopefully back with your training program.

Welcome back, and have you decided that (blood-)red is not your colour? Will you stay up-right from now on? It is good that you have been able to run OK.

Go Go Team G!
