I wouldn't normally comment on a blog post that had nothing more than 'REST DAY' but I totally can agree that the Rest Days are just the most fantastic ones. Mostly they are more deserving the harder you work - so I believe you will be enjoying yours a great deal today.

First time visitor here but just wanted to say Friday's are my favourite day as that's when I have a rest day too :) And I need them these days!!
My rest days are Monday's (I hate them, Monday's that is not the rest!). But I did rest on Friday to prepare for today's big one this morning. Boy, was today humid and I am sure you would have noticed it too. Looking forward to your report. And thank you for the lovely things you said on my blog.
