I plodded around the streets in the early morning hours. If this was a Supernatural episode then I'd be a werewolf out on the prowl, or maybe a vampire, or at least possessed by something. Hang on, maybe I am possessed.....by madness to be out at 5.50am in 2.2*c temperatures when I'm not training for anything. But while I might have to sometimes fight the urges to stay in bed, pull the blankets over my head and pretend its really not morning, I actually feel so much better once I'm outdoors running. Well okay, some days the 'feel-good' factor doesn't take effect until after the run, like this morning, but basically if I don't run I feel very ordinary the rest of the day. Well that's my excuse anyway and I'm sticking to it!

You are possessed to run in those temperatures. That was quite mean to sprint past Strewth - but I guess being the fastest female, you have to put on a good show.
Your Italian is improving. I think you're almost ready. As long as you can say 'Cappuccino con i due zuccheri!'
Only 7 sleeps! I'd be so excited I wouldn't be able to sleep...have a great time!
