Rest day today I hope before launching into some more runs.

I would highly recommend doing running for a week or even two before heading back into the gym.

The gym is the one place that seems to be full of germs and if you are immuno suppressed you will catch anything going around there. Best to live with the fresh open air for a while. That won't stop you strengthening those muscles though - head for the hills after this week and commence some hill work if you feel you are up for it...

....don't forget the baby steps!Clairiehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/02278301052672532589noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13605629.post-1164616423493518902006-11-27T19:33:00.000+11:002006-11-27T19:33:00.000+11:00amazing how hard it can be to get back into runnin...amazing how hard it can be to get back into running again .... well done ... glad to hear you are on the improveToastyhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15345722328001338156noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13605629.post-1164593909423576922006-11-27T13:18:00.000+11:002006-11-27T13:18:00.000+11:00Happy to hear your health is improving.
